Return Policy
Your purchase is eligible for return only if it meets the following conditions:
- An incorrect product has been delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
We may ask you to share photos of the items received.
If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please email us at care@girhasta.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery Address
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
When your return request is accepted, you will have to ship the product back to us in its original packaging in an unused condition within 2 working days, at the following address:

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we will return the money in your wallet or original mode of payment or we will help you with a replacement, of a similar product of the same value within 7 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse, following an inspection & quality check . All returns courier charges to our warehouse are borne by the customer. On delivering your replacement, we will cover shipping charges. We will not entertain return requests after 48 hours of delivery.
Important Terms & Conditions for Returns:
- In case our team receives the returned product in a used or further damaged condition while in return transit, we may reject the return and ship the same product back to you.
- Any products bought on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Actual colours of a product may vary from how they look on an electronic screen since each display setting is calibrated differently, hence return requests on the basis of variation in colour will not be accepted.
